Shipping & Returns/Warranty
You may return most new, opened items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). When a product has been used and is not defective, no shipping costs will be refunded and all shipping costs will be deducted from the product refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of sending your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (7 to 14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We offer a flat shipping rate of $15.00 in Canada. In many cases we will ship with your preferred carrier if requested (handling fee may apply). Overseas shipments may be subject to a hold period until funds have been confirmed.
Our Distributor, Dunwell Tech Inc. warrants all Dino-Lite handheld microscopes and eyepiece cameras against defects in material and workmanship for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the original date of retail purchase. All other products including stands, accessories, and products other than Dino-Lite brand are warranted for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the original date of retail purchase. If product is found to be defective within the warranty period, www.dinolite.us, at its discretion, will repair the product at no charge or exchange the defective product with a new product or a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
This warranty does not apply to damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, misapplication, or negligence; to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a www.BigC.com Authorized Service Provider; if the serial number has been removed from product.
Please keep your receipt as it will be requested for any warranty service. Products repaired or replaced under warranty remain covered for the initial duration of the warranty plus an additional three month period.
To obtain warranty service, download and fill out the RMA Form and send it to email@example.com (e-mail) or 310-618-9996 (fax). Once an RMA is issued, return product at your expense to 20655 S Western Ave, Ste 116, Torrance, CA 90501, including complete RMA Form with RMA# and a copy of your dated sales receipt.
